Just wanted to put another review on to share an outstanding after sales experience. The car had a small issue today. As it was still under warranty, I called Brooklands who sent someone out to me straight away (luckily I wasn't far) The car was taken back to the garage, sorted and dropped back off to me within 2 hours! Had a great experience with Brooklands. I felt quite anxious at the thought of car shopping, but dealing with Chris was great. He showed me all around the car I was interested in and expertly answered any questions I had. On the day of purchase, Damon done the hand over and it was all done seamlessly. Such an easy process, all I had to do was arrange my car insurance, Damon took care of the rest. I highly recommend Brooklands 😊

I purchased an Audi from them recently, from the moment I arrived they were brilliant.
Arranged a test drive which was sorted within minutes, the team was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and it's history.

The team were brilliant, very friendly and welcoming, all the cars they had in their forecort were reasonably priced too.
I collected the vehicle and had a minor issue with the brakes, contacted them and they advised I return the car and they rectified it at their own expense within a couple of days. They offered to return the vehicle to me too which was a lovely touch!
Cannot ask for better customer service and aftercare! I would highly recommend them and more than happy to purchase another car from them in the future should I ever need one!

I had been looking for a mitsubishi outlander phev for a while when I came across Brooklands quality cars in Corby. Due to bad experiences at other garages, I was sceptic and asked many questions about the vehicle and the car sales company.
I live over 130 miles away so wanted to make sure I would be happy with the car before travelling such a distance.
I spoke to Chris (The owner) several times on the phone who was very knowledgeable about the car and was very helpful. I was in the process of selling my existing car in order to buy the outlander. Chris even offered to pick me up from any of the train stations that would be close by.
After a few days of sorting my car out (that sold for less than I'd planned) I eventually managed to arrange to go down and view the outlander with a plan to buy it. Chris even offered to open up on his only day off!
The car was looked brilliant, was all ready, pulled out sat waiting for me. I was made a coffee and had a chat, discussed the car and had the drive. As Chris knew I'd struggled selling my previous car he offered to tax and fuel the vehicle. This saved on any haggling which was great of him.
Honestly, the only slight downside was the roller parcel shelf did not fit this model. Chris did swap it for another, though this one was the same. A slight inconvenience but a one off I feel.
Over all, and excellent experience from start to finish.
The valeting service on the vehicle was very good and all the staff on site were very friendly and happy to help.
I won't be afraid to go back to Brooklands quality cars when I'm looking at changing cars, even though they are 130 miles away.

Yet again I got a good trade in price, this time against my lovely 53 plate MGTF for a Vauxhall Insignia.They serviced the Insignia and even carried out a cambelt change on it for me as when they checked with previous owner, he hadn't had it changed. That's what I call going above and beyond for a garage.

Within 2weeks of buying a ford Galaxy I began to have problems with it. Although it was a difficult issue to diagnose, Brooklands spared no effort or expense identifying and correcting the problem, spending over £4000 to do so. They made sure I had a replacement car throughout this process. When I next buy a car it will only be through Brooklands as I know their commitment to quality sales is as good as guaranteed, no matter if it means they lose money on the deal. Big thank you too Shaun and Ryan.

Bought this car from Brooklands Quality Cars November 2021. It's a VW Golf GTD and this replaced an Audi A3. Cars are very similar in terms of there look at drive. My Audi was at the end of its life having drive it since 2005 and the repairs bill kept growing. I've not had any issues with this car and have even upgraded the cars air intake system to enhance performance. Great all rounder! Kicking myself a little for not going for the GTI petrol version.

Hands down the best car dealership I've been too. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They aren't pushy or rude like another garage I can think of in corby! They actually let you test drive a car too which your interested in. They let you have time to think about decisions and go away and think about buying or not. My family have bought a number of cars from here over the years, and this was my first time buying from Brooklands. Having a car crash, my car being wrote off, caused me so much stress and grief. And came as a shock, before I hand no plans for a new car. However the guys at Brooklands have made things that little bit better, and I now have made the right choice for me, and have got myself a little SEAT MII TOCA. I hope I don't have to come back anytime soon for a new car, but if I did, Brooklands is the first place I will be going. I recommend to anyone that this is the car dealership to go to. Bought a Honda Accord Tourer from Brooklands Last year. First time we had dealt with them a bit nervous as we knew nothing about them. Need not have worried their after sales service was brilliant. Had a few minor problems with the car which they fixed and sorted out without quibbling. They still want to know you after they have sold you a car unlike some places.
